Non-Solicitation Clause

Non-Solicitation Clauses are provisions in an agreement which are intended to prevent the solicitation of a company’s employees for employment with a competitor or other person with whom the company has had contact. Non-Solicitation Clauses are sometimes used in agreements between the company and independent contractors, who may seek to hire employees whom the contractor has met in the course of his or her work with the company.
